Back Mountain Cleaners provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Back Mountain area of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Services may include, but are not limited to:
The specific scope of each visit will be confirmed prior to the scheduled appointment. Services not agreed upon in advance may not be performed during the scheduled visit.
To allow Back Mountain Cleaners to perform services safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, clients agree to the following prior to each scheduled visit:
Back Mountain Cleaners is not responsible for organizing, sorting, or relocating excessive clutter unless this has been specifically agreed upon and included as part of the service scope prior to the appointment.
Back Mountain Cleaners operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and provides all services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, our liability is limited as follows:
Clients are encouraged to secure, remove, or identify any fragile, valuable, or at-risk items prior to our arrival. If a concern arises during or after a service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed visit.
Back Mountain Cleaners does not provide additional insurance coverage to clients beyond the protections afforded by its limited liability company structure.
By retaining our services, the client acknowledges and accepts that no separate insurance policy is provided by Back Mountain Cleaners in connection with cleaning services rendered at the client's property.
Clients who require additional protection for high-value items or property are encouraged to consult their own homeowner's or renter's insurance provider prior to scheduling service.
Payment for cleaning services is due at the time of service unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Back Mountain Cleaners reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice. Any pricing changes for recurring clients will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
We understand that schedules change. We ask that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

By submitting a booking request through our website, contacting us to schedule service, or retaining our cleaning services in any form, you indicate your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Checking the agreement box on our online booking form constitutes a valid digital acknowledgment and carries the same binding effect as a written signature. This digital agreement is recorded with your booking submission timestamp.
Back Mountain Cleaners reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available at backmountaincleaners.com/terms.html.
