Welcome to Back Mountain Cleaners. By scheduling, purchasing, or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

Back Mountain Cleaners (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon with the client (“you”, “your”). Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.


2. Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing access to the premises during the scheduled time. We are not responsible for any missed services due to inability to access the property.

You agree to provide a safe working environment for our staff. This includes clear walkways, safe surfaces, and informing us of any potential hazards in the home or workplace.


3. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Back Mountain Cleaners is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of use, or personal injury.
  • You agree that we are not liable for damage to fragile items, improperly installed fixtures, existing structural or cosmetic damage, or any pre-existing conditions.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, or restoration of any items unless damage is proven to be caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the use of cleaning products, unless previously disclosed in writing and mutually agreed upon.

4. Valuables and Breakage

Please remove or secure valuable, delicate, or sentimental items before cleaning. In the event of accidental breakage, we may offer reasonable compensation at our discretion, limited to the item’s current market value or $100, whichever is less.


5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees or interest.


7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or unsanitary conditions.


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or provided in writing. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
